Staffing Assistant

About the Role
As a Staffing Assistant, you will work with short-term staffing and temporary positions for up to three months. You play a central role in ensuring that our operations receive the right competence at the right place and time.
You are the link between managers, clients, and temporary staff, contributing to smooth staffing even when conditions change rapidly. The role combines planning, coordination, and administration – perfect for you who enjoy variety and responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate short-term staffing and temporary positions
- Match the needs of the operations with the right competence
- Be the contact person for managers, clients, and temporary staff
- Work with administrative tasks related to staffing
- Contribute to effective and sustainable staffing solutions
Who Are You?
You have completed secondary education, good IT skills, and express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. You thrive in a social role where the pace can be high and collaboration is crucial for success.
You work in a structured manner, meet deadlines, and have a good overview. With a service-oriented and professional approach, you build good relationships – both internally and externally. You take responsibility, work independently, and contribute with a positive attitude in your daily work.
Desirable Experience
It is advantageous if you have experience in staffing work or customer service, as well as if you have previously worked in healthcare or LSS/Functional Support. If you have also worked in the Medvind system, this is seen as an additional asset.

We offer a permanent position starting by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, and we apply flexible workplace arrangements. You will have a meaningful and developing job with great freedom under responsibility, where you contribute to ensuring staffing in essential community operations. Individual salary setting applies.
